Nordic Omnichannel Product Manager - Italfarmaco

On behalf of Italfarmaco, a pharmaceutical company experiencing exciting growth in the Nordic market, Haeger&Carlsson Executive Search and Interim is looking for a driven Nordic Omnichannel Product Manager with digital expertise and a strong foundation in both science and marketing.
In collaboration with the Nordic Rare Disease team, the Nordic Omnichannel Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated omnichannel communication plan for the launch of a new treatment. Key tasks include creating and managing disease awareness and branded materials, lead editorial planning for digital and traditional channels, leveraging AI tools for data-driven marketing, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies, and analyzing marketing performance. The role involves supporting cross-functional collaboration, Veeva CRM super user, event planning and support, handling HCP and vendor contracts, and working with the Nordic Leadership Team to implement essential customer engagement processes.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging digital communication channels and able to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution. Flexibility, the ability to work in cross-functional teams, and an entrepreneurial mindset are key qualities we are looking for.

Italfarmaco Nordics was established late 2023, and in this role, you will contribute to the shaping of the company within Rare Disease in the region. Responsibilities
Nordic omnichannel activities (80%):
- Lead the development of disease awareness and branded materials, manage content creation for corporate and HCP websites as well as social media channels, and oversee the approval process in Veeva.
- Translate global strategic direction into local/Nordic omnichannel plans and customer journeys, leveraging market research and insights to ensure customer-relevant and data-driven content and execution for the launch of a new treatment.
- Coordination of digital and traditional channels, including national conferences to achieve effective reach and impact.
- Implement and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic reach and drive targeted traffic to digital channels.
- Knowledge and experience in using AI tools in marketing to make data-driven decisions and maximize the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports to measure success and ROI:
Nordic Cross-functional alignment and support (20%):
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders by leading events and congress planning.
- Use the Veeva platform to lead and support the systematic gathering of market insights in close collaboration with the in-field teams to further strengthen our marketing strategy and to be on top of the status of our customer data base.
- Managing HCP and vendor contracts.
- Identify business process gaps within the scope of the role and propose and implement solutions.
Education & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience.
- Experience in working with rare diseases is an advantage.
- Experience working in a similar role within the Nordic region.
- Required understanding of the differences in marketing regulations across the Nordic countries.
- Strong proficiency in digital communication channels, with hands-on experience using Veeva or similar platforms for material approval and CRM.
- Proven knowledge and experience in the use of omnichannel measures and AI tools in marketing.
- Know-how of digital practices such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, e- detailing, apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate interest and commitment to improving the quality of life of patients with rare diseases.
- Strong team orientation and cooperation with internal departments to achieve common goals.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent planning and project management skills with the willingness to drive projects.
- Professional fluency in both English and a Scandinavian language, both written and spoken.
The role reports to Commercial Lead and is ideally based in Stockholm.
Hybrid, with the possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
