Taking on the role as the CEO is a very exciting opportunity to structure the business and increase its efficiency. As the CEO, you will be leading the management team constituting of directors from several key areas. Qualification Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO or General Manager in the life sciences industry.

• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the life sciences industry.

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and deliver measurable business growth.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in English; Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage.
