We are seeking a result-driven, customer-focused and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead SyntheticMR AB into its next phase of growth. This an amazing opportunity to join a global and dynamic medtech company in a highly interesting commercial expansion phase. As the CEO, you will be leading the management team and reporting directly to the board of directors. This role requires an experienced leader with a proven background in the medical technology industry, with a profound international experience, who can effectively deliver outstanding results and build high-performing teams.

Qualification Requirements:

• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Experienced in negotiating and managing global OEM partnerships with large multinational med-tech companies

• Proven track record as a successful senior executive (CEO, CCO or equivalent) within the medtech industry

• Extensive international experience from commercializing medical technology products globallly in general, and in the US market specifically

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver clear results

• Strong financial acumen with documented P&L responsibility and investor relations experience.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)

• Extensive analytical skills with a proven track record of meeting financial targets and KPIs

• Understanding of the regulatory environment within medical technology, including FDA approvals and compliance frameworks.
