On behalf of BioGaia AB we are recruiting a Clinical Project Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for clinical research projects from design to reporting of results, including management of resources, project plans, contracting, and budget. The project manager will work closely together with Principal Investigators and CROs, manage stakeholders and secure internal alignment on deliverables.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage clinical projects: Develop project plans and manage development of design, writing of protocol, identification of PI, sites, CROs, reporting, risk profile, budget etc.

• Contribute to the clinical strategy and implementation thereof.

• Proactively identify new collaboration partners for clinical research activities and contribute to management of their expert network in academia and contract research organizations.  

• Contribute scientific and clinical knowledge within specific health areas as a member of product development project teams.

• Manage internal and external stakeholders and secure clear communication on project progress and results.

• Perform other duties in line with the position as assigned by the company.

  Qualifications:

• Experience with management of clinical studies from design to implementation and willing to collaborate closely with medical investigators and with CROs.

• Life Science M.Sc/PhD (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Nutrition or Medicine).

• 5+ years professional experience in a relevant industrial/company environment.

• Strong knowledge of human biology, nutrition, and preferably the human microbiota.

• Preferably experience within probiotic research. 

• Experience with project management.

The Clinical Project Manager will be part of the Clinical and Scientific Affairs Team within BioGaia’s Discovery & Research Department and reports to Clinical & Scientific Affairs Director.
