Haeger & Carlsson is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager within Operations/Engineering on behalf of an innovative diagnostics company. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in scaling groundbreaking diagnostic solutions and bringing them to markets around the world.

About the Role

This position focuses on key Operations and Engineering initiatives, including automation, industrial scale‑up, and cost‑efficient production — a challenging, high‑impact, and truly rewarding assignment. You will lead complex, cross‑functional projects across Production, Engineering, QA/RA, Supply Chain, R&D, and external partners, building efficient, compliant, and scalable manufacturing processes that support rapid growth and prepare the organization for global distribution.

About You

You hold a master’s degree in engineering or a related field and have strong experience leading projects in Operations, Engineering, or Manufacturing. You are confident driving automation, scale‑up, and process‑optimization initiatives and enjoy close collaboration with suppliers and external partners. You have experience working in ISO 13485 and/or GMP environments and thrive in international, cross-functional settings. Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including engagement with senior leadership, are highly valued.

High proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required. Swedish language skills are a strong advantage. The role is based in Uppsala, where daily on‑site presence is important to ensure strong collaboration and successful outcomes.
