Key Account Manager, Denmark - URSAPHARM

As KAM, you will play a key role in the Nordic commercial team, helping to bring relief to Dry Eye sufferers. The premium products are well-regarded by KOLs and are a first choice for many customers in the Nordics.
Given this, Haeger & Carlsson is looking for someone with proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/OTC sector, along with knowledge of local market regulations and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will combine established and innovative strategies to engage the target audience, driven by a passion for sales and problem-solving.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maximize the value and recognition of URSAPHARM's product portfolio.
- Drive the entire sales process independently.
- Offer consultative selling and service to customers; educate, advise, and support the customers in using the products.
- Manage and follow up with key customers based on agreed-upon strategies and goals to ensure long-term growth.
- Assess customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- Represent URSAPHARM at conferences/meetings with goal of providing necessary product and disease/problem relevant information.
- Ensure accurate customer records are maintained and complete all administrative tasks promptly in accordance with company standards.
- Achieve business goals related to sales and market share.
- Ensure a collaborative spirit within the company and among colleagues.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- Relevant academic background in science, healthcare, or economics.
Skills:
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector/OTC.
- Familiarity with local market regulations and the ability to navigate the healthcare system.
- Experience working with pharmacies and/or opticians is an advantage.
- You excel at building strong customer relationships and successfully developing the market, both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- You are prestige less, open-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are results-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions that deliver added value to the customer.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
The role is based in the capital region of Denmark and reports directly to the Sales Director.
