Achieve sales budgets.
Drive the entire sales process independently; book customer meetings and other field-based activities, create quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on business opportunities.
Investigate customer needs to generate a strong sales pipeline.
Create strategy for reaching targets and develop new business opportunities.
Systematically update sales activities in CRM.
Attend product trainings and support training of new product specialists.
Work closely with suppliers to solve the customers' challenges.
Offer consultative selling and service to customers; educate, advise, and support the customers in using the products.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education/background: Relevant M.Sc./B.Sc. education in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or similar. Alternatively, a background as a laboratory technician with several years of experience in centrifuges and/or 2D barcoded tubes.
Several years of sales experience.
Strong technical and presentation skills to present instruments and consumables.
Knowledge of CRM, forecasting and general data discipline.
Systematic and analytical mindset with a desire to acquire new knowledge.
Structure and time management skills
Flexibility to change priorities and pursue new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
