SAM Nordic is the small pharmaceutical company with the big ambitions. They offer theragnostic innovations for cancer care and operate throughout the Nordic region as well as in the Baltics, with partners and suppliers located all over the world. Today, 25 people work at the company in various positions such as operations, commercial, medical affairs, quality assurance, and finance. Most employees are located in Sweden, but there is also staff working in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
SAM Nordic is now recruiting a Commercial Manager who will have a central role in the company. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an innovative growing company. As Commercial Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the commercial strategy, you will be a key player in SAM Nordic’s continued growth journey. To succeed in this role, you have good market knowledge and leadership experience. You are an excellent communicator, and you are used to working independently running, leading, and developing projects. The Commercial Manager will be part of SAM Nordic’s leadership team and report to the CEO.
Lead a team of six employees; Art Director, Marketing Coordinator, three Customer Success Managers, Market Access Manager
Commercial responsibility for building the brand, marketing activities and budget
Develop and implement a strong business plan
Identify GAPs, develop plans together with your team to build value for the customer
Ensure implementation of product launches and campaigns
Requirements and skills
Proven experience from successful team leadership
At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in sales organizations
Great experience in independently running, leading and developing projects
Good ability to prioritize and lead through change
Accustomed to work with clear goals and KPIs
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language
Academic degree in economics or marketing is meriting
Previous experience from management team is a merit
Previous experience from the life science industry is an advantage
